Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using The Umrah Guide mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

About the App

The Umrah Guide is a free mobile application designed to provide guidance, information, and resources for Muslims performing Umrah. The App includes features such as:

• Step-by-step Umrah guidance
• Authentic duas with audio recitations
• Prayer times
• City guides for Makkah and Medina
• Educational articles and resources

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the App's materials
• Using the App for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer the App
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the App to another person or mirroring it on another server

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Waseem Mirza and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Content Usage

The religious content, including duas, prayers, and guidance, is sourced from authentic Islamic texts and is provided for educational and spiritual purposes. You may share this content for personal use, but commercial reproduction is prohibited without permission.

Disclaimer

The Umrah Guide is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to provide accurate and authentic information:

• We make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content
• Religious guidance should be verified with qualified scholars when in doubt
• Prayer times are calculated and may vary slightly from local announcements
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content

Religious Guidance

The App provides general guidance based on authentic Islamic sources. However:

• Users should consult with qualified Islamic scholars for specific religious rulings
• Individual circumstances may require different approaches

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Waseem Mirza, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waseem Mirza from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses made against us arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

• Change these Terms at any time

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
